Book-Chessboard Manufactured at 46 Cornhill, London

One of the interesting "History of..." faux books - chess and backgammon boards, but this one has a label - "Manufactory 46 Cornhill, London". It should be straightforward for me to identify the maker, based on the address, but I've searched the London Directories and have come up with 3 or 4 candidates, nothing definitive yet!
