Morphy's Games of Chess by Lowenthal - 1886

Jon's main chess page
A book of Morphy's games, annotated by Johann Lowenthal, a top player in the mid 1800's.  Lowenthal visited New Orleans and played the young Paul Morphy when Morphy was 12; Lowenthal was one of the world's top 10 players at the time.  But Morphy was undeterred, and won most of the games.  The two players became good friends.
